Andrew Lee, MD | Executive Chairman and Founder
After graduating from UC Berkeley, Dr. Andrew Lee worked in stem cell research at UCSF and saw what cutting-edge science and medicine could offer patients. Eventually, he decided to focus his attention on patient care and clinical research, and enrolled in the UCSF School of Medicine in 2010. However, after entering clinical practice, he began to see the enormous gap between what science and medicine could offer and what actually would reach patients, witnessing firsthand the human cost of poor health literacy.
​He graduated from UCSF in 2014, and he is currently working at the UC Davis Medial Center.
